Horrible pathetic shocking- Nevet again
Horrible Service. Thieves. I bought a sofa for 1300 euros on the 12th of November 2021. After one month it got broken. I kept calling them and they kept giving me excuses. Now I have to pay almost 50 euros for someone from their firm to come and repair the sofabed. Terrible horrible customer care. Next time I better go to IKEA. I had an IKEA sofa for almost five years without it ever getting broken. Horrible quality. Terrible Terrible. I will never recommend sofa and seats for anyone. Terrible. Pathetic. Horrendous experience. Theirqualities are Horrible. Seat and sofa owe me an apology because this is the worst purchase experience for me.
